/The private event scheduled for this Saturday has been cancelled, will be open golf until 4:30 PM before the night golf tournament begins.

/There will be a 9 hole two person draw partner best shot tomorrow (7/4). Be in the clubhouse before 12:00. Tournament entry is $5.
Course Schedule
/Notice to all golfers, the course is open all week, men’s league is off today.
Thursday the clubhouse will be closing at 3:30 so all rental carts need to be returned to the clubhouse at 3:15. Rental carts will stop being available for 18 holes after 1:30.

/Scott has evaluated the course today following the rain and said it looks better than yesterday so we are all systems go for 10 AM tomorrow.
Thursdays Under 18 Until Noon
/Starting next Thursday May 30th we will be instituting the same rule as last year for golfers under 18 needing to be accompanied by someone over the age after 12:00 PM. This rule only applies to Thursdays.
All other days of the week are open golf all day when the course is open and there is no events scheduled.
4 Person Best Shot 5/25/2024
/Dont forget to get signed up for our 4 Person Best Shot this Saturday 5/25. Start time is 10:00 AM. Entry fee - $40/Person - $160/Team
Current Situation at JGCC
/Current situation on the course would suggest not getting your hopes up of playing tomorrow. With more rain in the forecast today and current flooding course may not be ready for play tomorrow. Holes 2,3,4,7,8 are currently unplayable with running and standing water.

/Due to recent rain and incoming weather, the course will be closed for today 5/21.
May 11 Singles Tournament
/The first official tournament of the season is May 11th @ 10am entry fee is $30, this is a singles, play your own ball tournament. Everyone will play 18 holes but after the first 18 holes are complete the top 10 and ties will go back out to play another 9 holes with everyone starting back over at 0. The first 18 holes will be played as one tournament with cash payouts for flights and skins, the 9 holes will be played as a separate tournament with additional payouts but a new skins pot will be created from those entrants for those 9 holes.
This is a fun tournament to test your game against some tough competition. Sign up sheet is in the clubhouse.
Ladies League Sign Up Meeting 5/14/2024 6:30 PM
/Its league season at JGCC. The ladies league is scheduled to start play on June 4th. Please join our league organizer Misty at the clubhouse for a brief sign up meeting on May 14th at 6:30 PM.
Our ladies league is a two gal best shot format with the same partners each week so please start finding your partner. If you are unable to find a partner please attend the meeting anyway and we will help find you a partner. This is a fun social league that is getting more competitive each year as it continues to grow.
